She is the only bilingual Polish – English Mediator certified by the Mediators Institute of Ireland and specialises in Intercultural Communication and Cultural Diversity in the workplace. Since 2009 has assisted organisations to maximise the opportunities and face the challenges of the multi-ethnic workplace in Ireland. Barbara is also a Workplace Mediator and has a particular interest in conflict resolution in intercultural work teams.
