Investigation Services

Preparation for and management of WRC inspections
The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) is also responsible for workplace inspections (formerly carried out by NERA). WRC Inspectors carry out regular inspections to ensure employers are in compliance with employment legislation in Ireland.
