Barbara Lesniak is a trusted expert with an extensive international Advocacy experience on a broad range of public and social services both within Ireland, across EU and beyond.

Barbara has unique professional qualifications in International Human Rights Law, Social Welfare law and Employment law.  She holds LL.M (Masters of Law) from National University of Ireland, Galway and Warsaw University. She also holds qualifications in Advocacy, Employment law, Human Resources and Mediation.  Barbara is the only English Polish speaking certified mediator in Ireland certified by Institute of Public Administration. She has completed Advocacy Practice Training Programmes delivered by Citizens Information Board (CIB) and credited by Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT).

Advocacy is a means of empowering people by supporting them to assert their views and claim their entitlements and when necessary representing and negotiating on their behalf in order to create a fairer society.
